Spring Retreat 2019

This is the sixth year or our popular Spring Retreat. It provides an opportunity to spend some time in beautiful countryside, and reflect on the past and plan for the future. It is not a Christian retreat, but offers a broadly spiritual approach. People with different faiths and none have attended in the past.
The retreat will start with dinner on Good Friday and end after lunch on Easter Monday. Participants are invited to join in a session each morning, and then there are optional session in the afternoon and evening, or relaxing and having quiet time on your own.
The morning sessions will be guided meditations and small group discussions. Optional sessions may include:
Dances of Universal peace/Bhajans
Early morning sounds of the country meditation
Conversations/sharing around the fire
The meals are all vegetarian/vegan and participants will be invited to join in activities such as vegetable preparation, table laying and washing up.

Cost: The retreat costs £150 non residential, including lunch and evening meals. B&B accommodation is available for £35 per night single occupancy or £25 in a shared room. The rooms share bathrooms.
