30th March - 2nd April
This is the fifth year of our Spring Retreat. It provides an opportunity to spend some time in beautiful countryside, and reflect on the past, the present and plan for the future. The retreat offers a broadly spiritual approach while not being aligned to any particular faith.
The retreat will start with dinner on Good Friday, and end after lunch on the Monday. Participants are encouraged to join in a session each morning and then there are optional sessions in the afternoons and evenings.
The morning sessions will be guided meditations and small group discussions. The optional sessions may include:
- Country walks
- Conversations round the fire
- Listening to early morning birdsong
There will also be free time to "just be "
The meals are all vegetarian/vegan and participants will be invited to join in activities such as vegetable preparation, table laying and washing up.
The retreat will be held by Jane Stott, Francesca Farrant and Muriel Pichard. If anyone would like to discuss whether it is suitable for them, please contact Jane on firstname.lastname@example.org or Francesca on 01747 821929
Cost: The retreat costs £150 non residential, including lunch and evening meals. B&B accommodation is available for £35 per night single occupancy or £25 in a twin room. The rooms share bathrooms.
