There are currently no vacant properties at the Threshold Centre.

However two residents have spare bedrooms which they wish to let on a shared house basis. This provides an ideal opportunity to find out if living at the Threshold Centre will work for you and to become a resident without buying a property here immediately.

We encourage those who might be interested in living at the Threshold Centre to visit on gardening weekends or to attend one of the cohousing courses.

Those who are considering becoming residents should make an application and join the waiting list to await a suitable vacancy.

There are sometimes opportunities to stay at Threshold as a guest to find out more about cohousing and see if the lifestyle suits you.
