Social Housing at the Threshold CentreWe are committed to providing a social mix of people at Threshold. This has been made possible through the financing of some properties by Synergy Housing. There are two levels of social housing: rented properties and co-owned properties. Rented propertiesSynergy Housing rent four single bedroomed properties at the Threshold Centre to residents. Co-ownership propertiesSynergy Housing provide a one bedroomed and two two bedroomed properties under a shared ownership scheme. The resident(s) provide a share of the capital (40% or more) through capital or a mortgage. The remaining equity is retained by Synergy Housing and rented at a low rent to the resident(s). |
